We believe in overcoming limitations and enabling our partners and participants to discover and reach their full potential. Economic development and any large-scale projects, whether in the public or the private sector, require eager and capable individuals, pushing with conviction toward the final destination – while enjoying the journey as well as exciting others.
We build on Napoleon Hill’s Principles of Success, in a 21st century interpretation, and combine them with other approaches in a modular and flexible way.

Purpose, Mindset/Motivation, Success Principles, Specific Tools – Our Approach
We offer a wide range of training and coaching as well as motivational modules, going from "what" (definition of purpose) via "how" (Napoleon Hill's 17 Principles of Success; mindset/motivational training; delivery unit methodology; business/management skills modules, e.g., problem structuring, prioritization techniques, management styles, internal and external communications, etc.) and "let's go" (providing coaching and skill building during delivery) to "done" (impact monitoring/review approaches).
Our network of trainers and coaches includes Certified Instructors of the Napoleon Hill Foundation, certified Mindset Trainers, former members of the in-house training faculty of McKinsey & Company, etc. We know what we are doing – and we enjoy doing it.

Trainers and coaches of StIR’s network have worked with:
● Clients from the (semi-)public sector (e.g., civil service academies, senior civil servants; “future leaders”, investment promotion agencies) 
● Clients from the private sector (e.g., managers and staff as well as tenants of special economic zones; start-up entrepreneurs; professional services firms; industry associations)
● Individuals and groups from the general public
Formats of traditional skills development include:
● Motivational interventions (e.g., keynote speeches, team-building events, etc.)
● Introduction and overview sessions

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on all our lives, StIR has accelerated the rollout of its online/remote skill building offering.

While we strongly believe in the importance of personal interaction as an integral element of comprehensive skills development, the online/remote modules are additional learning opportunities.
